This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi, sauna, and spa centre fulfilled my need for relaxation and rejuvenation. the restaurant serves top-tier cuisine with a poolside snack bar that has scrumptious treats such as ice cream and sandwiches. Retreat to the bar/lounge area for a sunset cocktail and soak in the garden view. the private facilities in the room create a seamless experience of exclusivity and comfort. the location is excellent, with beach access and entertainment for all ages.
Only one minor issue was the inconsistent service levels at the hotel. Despite this, the professional staff resolved any complications promptly and efficiently, leading to good customer service.
